We are looking for a Senior IT Data Analyst to support the continuous service and development of Oracle-based applications.

The role focuses on data analysis, system performance monitoring, troubleshooting data-related issues, and contributing to the optimization and implementation of reliable, data-driven solutions within Oracle environments.

Excellent stakeholder communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in using collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Helix, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To Do, PowerAutomate, and PowerApps.
Proven ability to maintain and improve IT and business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Hands-on experience in creating and managing services, including start/stop operations.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
Familiarity with architecture design principles and creating visual schemes or process maps using tools like Obsidian Canvas, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.
