About Aryzta Europe Business Service Center
The Business Service Center in Wrocław was established in 2023. Since May 2024, we have been operating as a separate company based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street. Our team currently consists of more than 100 employees. Our portfolio includes processes in the areas of finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.
We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst – SAP EWM.
Location: Wrocław or Poland | Work Mode: Remote
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst – SAP EWM to join Group IT. You will be responsible for owning and evolving EWM processes and the warehouse solution landscape, ensuring support for end-to-end inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and integration processes. The role involves active participation in the design, implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of SAP EWM across the organisation, working closely with logistics, supply chain, and warehouse teams.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the EWM application landscape (roadmap, backlog, optimisation)
- Participate in design, rollout, and improvement of warehouse processes
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Perform hands-on SAP EWM configuration and integrations (ECC / S/4HANA, TM)
- Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and project teams
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing system improvements
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and best practices
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience as IT BA / Consultant, incl. 5+ years in SAP EWM
- Strong hands-on SAP EWM configuration (customising)
- Proven experience with integration across SAP modules (ERP, S/4HANA, TM, WM)
- Solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes, including: goods receipt / goods issue inventory and stock movements, picking, packing, staging, replenishment inbound, outbound and internal warehouse flows.
- Experience in designing warehouse processes and data flows, incl. harmonisation and template approaches
- Good understanding of application life cycle management and support models
- Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP logistics solutions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- SAP certifications (EWM, S/4HANA, WM, ITIL) – nice to have
- German and/or French – nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments – nice to have
