Senior IT Analyst for the CAAR Team

Your responsibilities

• IT analysis skills. Strong knowledge of payment systems and domain
• Experience with integration software on-premise, hybrid or as a cloud solution service
• Strong technical knowledge User Interface - prototyping and design
• Identifies people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
• Assists in development and quality control activities
• Details the Business/IT Requirements and creates Requirements Specification Document (functional and non-functional)

Our requirements

• 5+ Experience in IT and/or business analysis
• Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain (SEPA, Swift and ISO messages)
• Experience with reconciliation processes and statement generation
• Experience or knowledge of Data Mapping, Data Migration and Process Modelling
• Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and design
• Experience of using Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and familiar with international collaboration with different stakeholder groups
• Experience with agile way of working and its methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Hadoop Ecosystem: Exposure to tools like HDFS, Hive, Pig, and Spark for processing large datasets
• Data Lake Concepts: Understanding how payment and account reporting data can be stored and analyzed in distributed environments
• Batch vs Real-Time Processing: Familiarity with frameworks like Apache Kafka
