GENERAL INFORMATION:

Rate: - PLN/h

Assignment type: B2B

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. When applying fixes, preventive changes, or minor enhancements, you plan and schedule the deployment steps, coordinate the actual deployment, and verify that the deployment was successful.
2. When a new application or a major upgrade is needed, you will review requirements and designs to ensure they result in an easy-to-maintain solution, support with the technical setup, contribute to go-live rehearsals, and take responsibility for maintaining the production environment.
3. When a production incident occurs, you will collect system logs, investigate the impact on Business and other stakeholders, coordinate with other support teams if needed, propose solutions, and verify that the IT service has been recovered and restored.
4. Continuously improving the IT service: you will participate in root cause analysis meetings after incidents, propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence, identify ways to improve production stability and efficiency, and participate in discussions on improving our tools, processes, and daily practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 3 years of work experience with architecture and technology implementation and large-scale enterprise solution architecture.
2. Understanding of information security requirements and experience with the implementation of appropriate controls as part of solutions.
3. Experience working with Incident Management/Problem Management following the ITIL framework.
4. Good network infrastructure knowledge focused on Cloud and SaaS solutions.
5. Knowledge of Windows platform, Active Directory, and web services.
6. Understanding of container-based architecture and infrastructure solutions; using Docker and Kubernetes is not mandatory, but an asset.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English, verbally and in writing.

9. Experience from working within 2nd line technical support.
10. Knowledge of scripting (Batch, PowerShell), and understanding of automation are considered benefits.
11. Knowledge of application monitoring is a plus.
