Senior HR Business Partner



Your responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to studio leaders, including Directors and Vice Presidents. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business goals with HR strategies and people priorities.
  • Organization Design: Lead and advise on organizational design initiatives, with expertise in operating models, work location strategies, and adapting structures to meet business, regional, and local needs.
  • Cultural Stewardship: Deeply understand and embody our company culture, advocating for our values and serving as a role model.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams from the studio and supporting units.
  • Talent Management: Support and co-lead talent management programs to enhance leadership and management capabilities, improve talent density.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Assess team dynamics and provide coaching to improve overall effectiveness and organizational health.
  • Complex Case Management: Lead complex employee relations and performance management cases

Our requirements

  • We are looking for a senior HR professional who is a strategic thinker, trusted advisor, and results-driven leader with a strong business acumen and a deep understanding of complex organizational dynamics.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of HR experience, ideally in HRBP or HR Manager roles within fast-paced organizations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals and priorities.
  • Leadership Development: Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leadership capabilities in a high-performance culture.
  • Complex Case Management: Strong experience managing sensitive employee relations issues.
  • Collaboration: Experience working in global, cross-functional teams, with the ability to navigate multiple jurisdictions and multi-site environments.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of executing HR initiatives effectively.
  • Growth mindset: A forward-thinking approach with the ability to bring valuable insights to the team.
