Responsibilities

• Payroll posting.
• Verification of the intercompany reconciliations.
• Assets accounting: IFRS 16 (leasing), leasing (UoR).
• Posting of deferred income.
• Posting of fixed assets.
• Preparation of reports for statistical office and NBP.
• Ensure an accurate and timely month end close by preparing various journal entries and account reconciliations for cash, prepaids, accruals and various other accounts.
• Coordinate with other departments to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items and resolve issues.
• Assist in quarterly reviews and annual audit with external auditors.

Key skills

• Polish – mother tongue, English – confident in speaking and writing.
• +4 years of experience in GL accounting.
• Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Software.
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP S4H is a plus.
