Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness. Mentorship : Mentor junior frontend developers, review code, and provide constructive feedback. Assist in technical problem-solving and debugging. Guide the team in adopting new frontend technologies and approaches. Performance & Optimization : Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility. Identify bottlenecks and work on improving the overall performance of web applications. Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in frontend development. Drive innovation by proposing new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
