Role Overview
As a Senior Financial Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing the financial control framework, managing reporting cycles, and supporting process improvements. Your work will support decision‑making, drive efficiency, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth. The role involves active communication with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the month‑and‑year end closing process
- Prepare and present managerial reports to management
- Support optimisation of existing reports and procedures related to the managerial reporting function
- Support in the development of internal financial policies and procedures, with a specific focus on managerial accountancy
- Support ERP system implementation and business processes optimisation
- Participate in financial modelling and ad‑hoc tasks
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Big4 or in multi‑national companies in Reporting, Financial Controlling, FP&A
- Excellent MS Excel
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of IFRS
- ACCA or CIMA certification is a plus
- Upper‑Intermediate level of English
