Senior Financial Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Participate in planning and management of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets
• Engage in month-end closing activities, track and ensure the accurate allocation of costs across departments and projects, prepare accruals and intercompany settlements
• Act as a finance business partner, provide and present insightful analysis and reports for budget owners to support strategic decision-making
• Build and continuously improve internal financial tools to enhance analysis capabilities and reporting efficiency
• Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing processes, increasing efficiency, and improving overall team performance
• Cooperate closely with other teams within Finance department – Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxes

Our requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial planning & analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, cost analysis, and management reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling
• Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and deliver results
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
