As an Engineering Manager you’ll lead a team of talented engineers working on AI-powered applications and infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll split your time between technical execution, strategic planning, and people management.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and offboarding when necessary. Your ability to foster a high-performing and motivated team culture is essential. You’ll collaborate closely with other engineering managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, technical quality, and team alignment.

• Lead and grow a team of engineers through mentorship, coaching, and career development.
• Own all aspects of team management: hiring, firing, performance management, salary discussions, and feedback cycles.
• Set priorities and drive execution of AI-powered features and components.
• Act as a bridge between engineering and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Ensure operational excellence through continuous improvements in CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and performance.
• Collaborate on roadmaps, architectural decisions, and technical strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience leading software development teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability tonavigate difficult conversations,manage performance effectively, andbuild high-trust, high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated experience inhiring, growing, and scaling teamsduring periods of rapid company growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering products successfully to customers.
• International experience is considered a strong plus.
