We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Power Systems Studies and Planning Engineer to join our team and take responsibility for analyzing and planning high-voltage electrical networks. If you are passionate about modern technologies and eager to contribute to key projects involving the development of national and international transmission networks, this opportunity is for you!ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Conduct power system studies for high-voltage transmission networks, including load flow, short-circuit, transient stability, and dynamic stability analyses.
• Develop and review planning studies and technical reports for national transmission backbone systems.
• Model transmission system components such as lines, transformers, substations, reactive compensation systems, generators, governors, and AVRs (preferably using PSS/E).
• Assess grid impact of new generation sources, particularly wind and solar power plants.
• Support transmission network expansion planning and cross-border interconnection studies.
• Develop custom equipment models based on manufacturer data where standard models are not available.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, TSOs, and project stakeholders.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in power system studies and planning for high-voltage networks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Strong experience with power system simulation tools, preferably PSS/E.
• Proven ability to analyze complex transmission networks and prepare technical studies.
• Experience in renewable energy integration into power systems.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
