The Forecasting Team is responsible for demand analysis and forecasting domains in our Parts Planning solution. The team’s current focus is on gradually moving forecasting calculations to a new, scalable AWS-based calculation platform, enabling the use of specialized calculation services and more efficient data storage technologies.
The Team is agile and cross-functional. It consists of very skilled and dedicated software engineers, product owner, QA engineers, and data scientists. The Team needs an experienced DevOps engineer to help other engineers build and maintain a modern, scalable, efficient, and resilient cloud-native system.
As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join our development team (7-9 people) and closely cooperate with talented software engineers. You will play an important role in shaping our development and deployment processes. Youll have the opportunity to lead by example, design innovative solutions, and mentor team members on best practices in cloud-native design and DevOps culture. Your expertise will be important in shaping our DevOps solutions around the machine learning forecasting initiative.
As a company, we are currently leading a major project to revamp our software architecture. That means you would be involved in, among other things, the topics of data mesh/service mesh and scaling our products in a combined component approach.
