Enhancing a Risk Platform for a banking client by developing Python APIs, supporting risk analysis, implementing containerized deployments, ensuring data quality, and optimizing data transformations into a Snowflake Data Vault.
responsibilities :
Develop Python APIs for existing REST/GRPC/Kafka interfaces on the Risk Platform
Assist the Risk quants and reporting team in creating libraries for risk analysis and reporting
Implement container-based deployments for Python services and tools
Design solutions for coordinating the execution of complex services
Analyze input and output data for models and develop tools to ensure quality and consistency
Set up Jupyter Notebooks to interface with Python APIs on the Risk Platform
Work on DBT transformations to load data into a Snowflake-based Data Vault model
requirements-expected :
Proven ability to collaborate across teams
Strong communication skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python development
Proficiency with data analysis libraries in Python
At least 2 years of experience in Java, SQL, and Docker
Good command of English - at least B2 level (mandatory requirement)
