Your Impact

You will implement business, finance, or supply chain transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long‑term impact delivery.

In this role, you will manage workstreams largely independently, with support from a Delivery or Engagement Manager working with McKinsey colleagues and client teams. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of a project.

You will lead junior consultants and clients in your project or workstream, and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project’s objectives. You will contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects and work in a stimulating, human environment where quality of life at work is important.

You’ll be based in our office in Warsaw or Budapest as part of Orphoz Central Europe, where we carry out large‑scale transformation projects for our clients.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics or engineering with a strong academic record.
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects in project management / PMO.
• Proven experience in business transformation or change such as organizational structure, capability building, service redesign, setting up and executing a transformation office, operational excellence, restructuring, turnaround, or post‑merger implementation; finance or supply chain transformation.
• Strong pragmatic problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to enjoy flexibility and agility required in a consulting environment.
• Native or C2 fluency in English and the local language – Polish or Hungarian (both verbally and in writing).
• Experience in finance services, manufacturing, mining, automotive, or retail sectors is a plus.
