We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our customers, a leading company in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation.

Project information:

• Office Location: Warsaw, Poland
• Remote work: Yes, with once per week in the office
• Budget: 180 - 200 PLN/net/h + VAT on B2B
• Start date: ASAP/ depending on the candidates availability

Project scope:

• Work with solution architects and product manager data solutions to find the most suitable data architecture for the organization’s eMobility initiatives
• Partner with software engineers and product manager data solutions to understand data and reporting requirements
• Work with engineering teams to collect required data from internal and external systems
• Contribute to the design of table structures and defining ETL pipelines to build performant Data solutions that are reliable and scalable in a fast-growing data ecosystem
• Develop Data Quality checks, write code, complete programming, write tests, perform testing, and debug code
• Ensure seamless integration of data across systems
• Assist product managers in creating conceptual and detailed data models, blueprints, and that enable advanced data products

Minimum Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Engineer with relevant experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related role
• Proficiency in data engineering, database design, and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of modern concepts in data architecture such as data mesh, data virtualization, data lake, and data Lakehouse
• Experience with data integration and pipeline tools (snowflake, airflow), ETL processes, and message brokers (RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Java
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure Databricks and AWS
• Strong understanding of data quality assurance and governance practices
• Experience with Python
• Familiarity with event-based customer analytics is a plus
