We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who specializes in hiring for financial services and trading roles, including Compliance, Finance, Dealing, Sales, and other corporate functions. Responsibilities: Take ownership of recruiting for Corporate roles across financial services departments (Compliance, Finance, Dealing, Sales etc) Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Proactively identify and source high-caliber candidates through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate engagement to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process Leverage market insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and build long-term talent pipelines Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on candidate market trends and recruitment best practices.
