Prime Video is seeking a creative, savvy and analytically-minded digital content executive to join our Content Acquisition Team in Poland. In this role you will be responsible for supporting and executing content acquisition strategies for Prime Video in Poland.

Key job responsibilities

1. Support SVOD content licensing processes with major studios, broadcasters, local distributors and producers.
2. Help develop content acquisition plans, financial metrics, and goals for senior leadership.
3. Establish and manage strong relationships with content providers at a senior level.
4. Support all aspects of the content licensing process, including providing insights on content selection, financial analysis, forecasting, and content delivery & localisation.
5. Use data on customer behaviour, usage and consumption to inform decision-making.
6. Collaborate with internal teams across all functional areas within Prime Video to help define and execute content strategies working with multiple teams (e.g., programming, marketing, legal, finance, etc.).
7. Suggest continuous improvement in all operational aspects of Prime Video Emerging Markets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in media & entertainment business.
• Experience in an account management, content licensing or finance role.
• Knowledge of digital video landscape, including a solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies.
• Business fluency in Polish and English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting the negotiation of complex licensing agreements or business development agreements.
• Experienced with end-to-end ownership of major project deliverables.
