For one of our Clients we are currently looking for experienced Senior Collections Specialist with Italian or French.

• Educational Background
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel Access)
• Relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivables / Collections
• Proficient in analysing financial data
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and Italian of French
• Strong customer orientation

Your tasks

• Provide resolution support to collections specialist
• Manage a segment of key accounts and support the maintenance and enhancement of key accounts
• Develop training materials and procedures regarding key account collection processes
• Establish strong working relationships with other teams and internal/external customer contacts
• Improve productivity and service, utilizing knowledge of multiple credit systems and divisional programs by suggesting changes
• Provide collection input around specific key account customer segments and cooperate with the reporting teams to develop or enhance reports and analysis around key account AR portfolio
• Manage special division reporting requiring collection input around specific key account customer segments
• Coach and train collections specialists
