Opis stanowiska pracy

-working for three days directly from the Polish Nysa (on the Czech border) and then two days homeoffice (after complete training)
- responsibility for purchasing in the area of indirect procurement, i.e. laboratory equipment, production equipment, equipment (hard and soft), spare parts, training services
- checking order proposals in the ERP system (SAP Ariba)
- ordering and checking order confirmations
- checking invoices
- processing of complaints
- price negotiations
- active cooperation with existing suppliers and evaluation of cooperation and profitability
- monitoring the fulfilment of contractual conditions with suppliers
- preparing reports and monitoring material costs
- implementing improvements and optimising the use of resources in order to reduce costs

Wymagania

- at least 3 years of experience in operational purchasing
- detail orientation and logical thinking
- sense of responsibility
- knowledge of Polish and English required
