As a CBRE Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, you will act as a business analytics advisor and project manager for business intelligence projects focused on real estate data analyses for CBRE’s clients. Through data warehousing, business intelligence products adoption (including AI driven) and generating high quality business insights this position helps our clients optimize their operations across all service lines: facilities management, energy and sustainability, real estate project management, client finance, real estate portfolio administration, cost forecasting, etc. as well as providing integrated solutions.
You will be a key member of CBRE Business Analytics group, working closely with our clients, client account managers and technical teams to automate data collection from source operational systems, aggregate and standardize the information in a data warehouse, develop Tableau dashboards and other BI products that leverage the warehouse and client data to generate meaningful client insights.
The ideal candidate possesses a broad skill set. Required skills include: strong technical capabilities with data manipulation and data modelling; advanced data visualization knowledge; extensive project management experience, high level of AI and Machine Learning literacy, client-facing communications and presentations, strong analytical and critical thinking.

responsibilities :
Create, maintain and adopt creative data visualizations and dashboards (primarily in Tableau) to derive actionable intelligence.
Maintain, optimize and adopt other in-house Business Intelligence products and solutions to derive actionable insights and support decision making process.
To participate in the whole cycle of analytics development from understanding Clients’ needs and strategies through data sourcing, data modelling and development of analytics in Business Intelligence software to hyper care, adoption and consulting.
Perform project manager responsibilities for business intelligence projects for a variety of corporate and government clients.
Provide subject matter expertise on data-related processes and analyses.
Collect business and data requirements to ensure inclusion in the final solution.
Assuring data integrity, business continuity and effective reports validation.
Lead on problem solving team that develops recommendations based on data interpretations.
Prepare formal presentations and/or written reports describing project methodology, scope, key assumptions, and results. Present progress and results to clients (both in-person and virtually) and collects feedback for revisions.
Collaborate with CBRE’s Digital and Technology team to implement automated technical solution for business intelligence projects.
To propose initiatives for improvements, advanced analytics, data visualization and analytics driven insights or AI adoption strategies for internal stakeholders and clients.

requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics. Exposure to AI-related projects and products is preferred.
Effective Communication Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must.
Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity. Focused on getting things done.

Technical BI Skills. Highly skilled in dashboard design and development. Advanced Tableau skills are required. Proficiency in database technologies such as PostgreSQL is preferred.
AI Integration: Understand and leverage AI technologies to enhance business processes and decision-making.
Financial Knowledge. Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
