Responsibilities
- Analyze, consolidate, and interpret business performance and developments and provide periodic updates to finance and country management.
- Prepare business scenarios and models and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision making.
- Prepare and present business budgets in line with business requirements.
- Identify growth opportunities and support assessment of business performance.
- Navigate key stakeholder groups: Poland Commercial and Management Teams, Poland and Baltics Finance Team, and Regional Finance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business scenarios.
- Ability to build and manage relations with internal stakeholders to drive collaborative success.
- Ability to work independently, prepare insightful business recommendations, and express opinions with confidence and clarity in stakeholder discussions.
- Learning agility, collaborative spirit and result orientation. Adapt quickly to new challenges and continuously seek opportunities for growth.
- Strong and practical Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data effectively and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Good communication, presentation and time management skills.
- Strong business acumen with financial savvy applied to analytics and scenario modeling.
- Fluent in English.
