You will join the IT Group Business Solutions Division, which is the software solution delivery factory for Euroclear. The division executes and contributes to the creation of the strategic directions for the IT assets that services Euroclear Bank, ESES, EUI and the corporate divisions in collaboration with the stakeholders such as the Management of the bank, product management, business and IT architecture.
You will perform a senior Business Analyst role for Asset Servicing. This is an exciting opportunity to participate to the further modernization of our IT landscape by defining the required changes and co-ordinating with Product Management, Operational teams and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Network, Risk, Legal) to successfully implement them. Today the focus is on waterfall methodology, however in the future, you will have the opportunity to work with an agile methodology which is the trend triggered by the current company transformation. responsibilities :
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams
Produce the solution business requirements
Coordinate with the Application Development Owners to define the best way to deliver the service
Demonstrate understanding of the external market and internal clients, and can leverage this to propose solutions meeting the business needs of internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the development of complex business cases and perform risk and impact analysis, thereby engaging a wide range of stakeholders within business and IT
Ensure consistency across deliverables
Support IT colleagues through the project development process, including testing and deployment
Either for your own deliverables or when reviewing the deliverables of others: ensure BA deliverables are accurate and easily understood by a broad audience
Identify best practices in business analysis, come up with new initiatives and implement them
Cope with changes, adjustments and instability in existing business processes, strategies
Are persuasive on potential benefits of change in situation where there is resistance, and likely disruption to business
