Shiji Group is developing enterprise, cloud-oriented software to power the travel industry. Your job will be to bridge the communication between product & development team, in order to develop a part of a distributed system that serves the hospitality industry.
The system consists of many domain-oriented microservices developed under a few cross-functional teams. You can bring a smile on the faces of thousands of people working in hotels across the globe.
responsibilities :
Performing business-system oriented requirements analysis and communicating the results of your efforts
Documentation of business requirements and end-to-end process for analyzed changes, with attention to impacted system areas
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure common understanding of proposed solutions
Working closely with Product Owner to help maintaining quality of tasks, according to standard set.
Close cooperation with other teams to deliver distributed functionality
Helping ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
Identifying potential improvements and optimizations across the system
requirements-expected :
Previous working experience as an IT Business Analyst for 3 years
MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant fields
Knowledge of BPMN or UML , in terms of process modeling
Familiar with microservices architecture and REST API
Database understanding (SQL skills)
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Previous experience working in SCRUM team
