Senior Business Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions
• Requirement analysis, user story/use case specification, stakeholder management
• Evaluates output requirements
• Evaluates business systems and user needs
• Identifies problems and Improves processes
• Documentation development & management, incl. initiating and tracking documentation workflows
• Managing communication activities
• Conducting subject matter research and information gathering

Our requirements

• Requirement analysis, user story/use case specification, stakeholder management; Agile, Scrum, software documentation; SW tools: Confluence, JIRA, MS office, UX design
• BPMN/UML process analysis; Business process mapping; decision trees; Lucidchart
• Programming in Python, and SQL; knowledge of Tableau and Linux environment
• Supervision, task specification, and management, staff training
• PMM, CSV, excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills;
• SOW / SOP writing, scheduling, and interview-based requirement elicitation with SMEs
• Development of user stories/acceptance criteria for ML models to support pharma processes
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic agile environment.
• Previous knowledge in Clinical Trials domain
• Experience with RWD registry creation
