Platform is intended to support data science and analytics teams in a wide range of analytics activities and supports both exploratory data analysis and operationalization of data products. The solution will be designed to make use of corporate qualified platforms as a basis for the environment, where some resources are consumed as services and others created as part of the Product Development environment.

Platform is hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Senior Business Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Business Requirements Analysis – Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Communication – Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and development teams, to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilize data analysis and market research to support business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
• Project Management Support – Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and execution to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.

Our requirements

• At least 5-years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Expert knowledge regarding Business Analysis (areas & techniques)
• Analytical thinking ability, collecting requirements, creating use cases, modeling business processes, conducting workshops techniques
• Practical knowledge of issues related to the usability of systems/ application
• Expert ability to elicit and define requirements on many levels (User requirements, functional and non-functional requirements)
• Clear formulation of ideas, providing the right level of details to the specific stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of objectives and requirements
• Knowledge of Scrum framework and roles
• Knowledge of UX aspects and how to collaborate with UX specialist, knowledge of User Centered Design process
