responsibilities :

  • The FCP function is one of the largest consumers of data within SEB including customer, transaction, and product data, and where good data management is critical.
  • Combining statistics, reports, exploring data and being able to visualize results are becoming increasingly important.
  • Working with topics such as graph analytics, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence.
  • Being the bridge and speaking partner between business and IT translating the business needs into IT-deliverables.
  • Assisting the Product Owner in driving different projects and refining tasks for the Team.
  • Building and maintaining documentation for analytics products and drive internal change processes.

requirements-expected :

  • 3 or more years experience working with requirements for scenario design within transaction monitoring or fraud.
  • Over 5 years experience working as a business analyst preferably within financial crime prevention or banking area.
  • Excellent ability to collect, analyse, prioritise and present business requirements or issues in an easily understandable manner across many stakeholders.
  • Experience documenting analytics solutions (both technical and user manuals in wiki or word format) as well as organizing trainings for end-users.
  • Experience driving and providing documentation for internal governance processes such as new product approvals, GDPR assessments (including Business Impact Analysis and DPIA), model validation, and the new EU Artificial Intelligence ACT.
  • Knowledge of MS office tools as well as Agile tools (E.g. JIRA, Confluence, maybe Github/Bitbucket).
  • Benefit to have basic knowledge of any of the below: SQL, statistics, BI products (Tableau, Qliksense, PowerBI), data management (Collibra).
  • Understanding or interest in learning about AML/Fraud monitoring processes, IT systems risk management, information management and regulatory compliance.
  • Preferably you have experience organizing workshops and working in agile environments (E.g. working with epics, features, tasks)
  • Fluency in English (C1/C2), both written and verbal.
  • Possibility to work from our Warsaw office 2-3 days per week.
