about-project :


  • The Data & BI Teams core purpose is to empower data-driven decision making across the business. Today they are made up of 6 people based in Poznan in Poland and split between 3 key areas of BI analysis, BI development and data engineering.
  • In essence the BI analysts talk to stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential BI solutions, the BI developers create the visualisations from the data sets within the data warehouse, and the data engineers manage the data warehouse and extend it to meet the ongoing needs of the business.
  • This role is a Senior BI Analyst who will help mature and drive our discussions with key stakeholders including Portfolio Owners, Account Directors, Finance Managers, Resource Managers and Project Managers across the business to deliver their responsibilities more effectively and make data driven decisions.

responsibilities :


  • Engage with internal stakeholders to identify areas of the business that could benefit from insights for example.
  • Analyse data and offer recommendations that help improve operational performance and guide decisions at the senior management level.
  • Work with complex data using BI and AI tools. Your role could involve finding patterns and trends in data that can be used to solve business problems and support key decisions.
  • Present back your findings to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Acquire and work with data either within the existing data warehouse or adding to its structure.
  • Identify, acquire and use data from a range of data sources working with the team’s data engineers.
  • Review, identify and address gaps in data and analytical processes.
  • Take responsibility for dealing with sensitive and confidential data in accordance with legislation and policies.
  • Data analysis allowing you to derive insight from datasets.
  • Support the production of regular intelligence reports that enable our stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Develop a knowledge of the wide range of available datasets and sources, including their strengths and limitations.
  • Apply specialised and technical skills, and a high level of numeracy, to analyse and interpret highly complex data, identify trends and issues.
  • Use your judgement to resolve highly complex queries where there is more than one possible answer and to decide on the most appropriate solution.
  • Presenting & disseminating analysis to stakeholders in a way that provides them with insight to support data-driven decision making.
  • Produce and develop reports and visualisations, seeking and incorporating user feedback where possible.
  • Summarise and present sometimes complex data analysis to a range of stakeholders
  • Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • As you take on new challenges, you may also help guide and mentor smaller teams, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help others grow.
  • Dedicate time to learning & development activities that deepen your knowledge and skills.

requirements-expected :


  • Solid experience in a BI Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record in customer engagement, data analysis, visualisation development, developing insights with a consultative approach
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent with demonstrable experience in creating visualisations from data-sets.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, documentation and presentation skills, allowing you to engage (question & listen) with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
  • A strong understanding of business processes and KPIs, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English (at least B2/C1 level) to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • You will collaborate with our UK stakeholders, so there may occasionally be a need to work until 18:00 PL time.
