Pokoju responsibilities : Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code for our backend systems. Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and proposing solutions to these problems. Maintaining code quality, organization, and automation. Working closely with other engineers to integrate backend systems with our front-end services. requirements-expected : A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in backend development. In-depth knowledge of Java and Java/J2 EE frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud. Solid understanding of Java fundamentals including JVM, I/O, concurrent and multi-thread programming. Experience with Kafka/Rabbit MQ is required; a track record of completed projects using these technologies is highly desirable. Familiarity with front-end technologies and platforms, including web development, web security, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols. Experience in scripting languages such as Shell or Python.
