The products are designed for several sectors: one is a property management app, and the second is a mobile application connecting long-haul truck drivers.
Were looking for a Senior Backend Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining our backend services and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems. You will join an international team in their Krakow-based entity with Backend and Frontend Engineers who work on a property management application. Its a new product in the US designed for real estate agents.
Stack: Java, Spring Boot, AWS, JavaScript, GraphQL, REST API, DynamoDB
Working model: Hybrid - 3 days a week from the office
Location: Krakow, al. Pokoju
responsibilities :
Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Java and Spring Boot code for our backend systems.
Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and proposing solutions to these problems.
Maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.
Working closely with other engineers to integrate backend systems with our front-end services.
requirements-expected :
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in backend development.
In-depth knowledge of Java
Understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
Strong understanding of AWS Services(the ones used in the project are CloudWatch, AppSync, SES, SQS, Cognito, CloudFormation, S3, ElasticSearch, ECS, API Gateway... but we dont expect to know all of them)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and basic Polish.
