Quality Assurance Engineer (SDET) - Warsaw

We have a client from Israel who is a global provider of leading innovative network intelligence and security solutions for Service Providers and Enterprises worldwide. The project is connected with the software which provides ability to manage and control internet mobile traffic as for big mobile operators (around the world) the same as for private users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as an Automation QA Engineer or Software Developer in Test (SDET), focused on designing and maintaining robust automated test solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, including strong OOP and design pattern knowledge, experience with pytest, unittest, and custom test frameworks, mocking, parametrization, and fixture layers, familiarity with Python‑based test data generation and utility scripting.
• Experience in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, or Go) is a plus.
• Proven experience in UI and mobile test automation, using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Solid CI/CD mindset and experience integrating tests into pipelines using Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
• Docker‑based test environments, test result publishing, retries, parallelization.
• Working experience with message brokers/streaming systems, particularly Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Proficient in observability tools: Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with containerized environments and infrastructure: Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based systems (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with technically complex systems such as high‑load, distributed, networking, or cybersecurity products.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills (logs, tracing, metrics correlation).
• Experience working with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to enhance productivity in test design and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with developers, DevOps, and product managers.
