Senior Authorised Person 230kV – Offshore Substation & WTG - 14/14 Rotation - Northern Poland - ASAP Start - 12 month contract

I’m looking for an experienced Senior Authorised Person to support the design, commissioning, and energisation of a major offshore wind project in Northern Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design phase to ensure operator needs are considered.
• Participate in SAT/SIT to gain full familiarity with the electrical system.
• Carry out HV & LV switching operations and manage electrical safety documentation.
• Plan, prepare, and coordinate all electrical works alongside APs/SAPs.
• Promote a strong safety culture across OSS and WTG teams.
• Review RAMS, assess electrical risks, and ensure all work is conducted safely.
• Support commissioning, energisation, and system handovers.
• Maintain accurate records of switching, permits, and isolations.
• Deliver Persons and Competent Persons training as required.
• Act as 66kV Array Cable/WTG SAP when needed.
• Manage HV safety from the system and ensure safe first energisations.

Requirements

• Recognised SAP authorisation up to 66kV, 132kv or ideally 220kV.
• Offshore wind experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills – able to work seamlessly with multiple contractors and interface teams.
• A proactive approach to safety, procedures, and continuous improvement.

• Competitive day rate (outside IR35 equivalent setup).
