Join us as a Senior Auditor in Katowice, Poland and become part of our Corporate Audit team, which serves as trusted partner across the organisation. In this role, you will play a key part by actively contributing to all phases of the audit process and providing risk-based objective assurance, advice, insight and foresight throughout the company.

As a member of our diverse and multicultural Corporate Audit team, located in Iphofen, Katowice, Kuala Lumpur, and the USA, you will collaborate closely with all levels within the audited entities. Your insights and recommendations will help enhance the sustainability, resilience and compliance of processes and support transformation.

What youll do

  • University degree and the knowledge in a field such as business administration, economics, international business, audit, or a related discipline is required
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus
  • Thorough knowledge in the areas of commercial and supply chain, including an understanding of the associated risks
  • Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience is required, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the organization
  • Understanding of internal auditing standards and practices, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with an eagerness to develop further
  • Equally important are strong written and verbal communication
  • Good organizational skills, proactive attitude and hands-on mentality
  • Proficiency in SAP is a benefit
  • Slavic language skills are mandatory, fluent English skills are essential, Russian is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally is required with the travel share being less than 30% of the working time

Who you are

  • Conduct comprehensive audit engagements: Analyze and assess a variety of business processes across the entire value chain, focusing on compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Actively contribute to audit preparation: Play a key role in the planning phase and participate in opening meetings to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Execute audit procedures with precision: Perform audit activities in line with professional standards and internal guidelines and present findings to management together with the audit team.
  • Deliver clear and impactful audit reports: Communicate audit observations in a concise, structured, and easily understandable manner.
  • Drive action and accountability: Ensure that agreed-upon actions are implemented within the established timeline.
  • Foster collaboration: Work closely with local, regional, and group functions to build strong partnerships and ensure alignment.
  • Champion continuous improvement: Support and promote a culture of ongoing enhancement within the Corporate Audit function.
