Senior Associate, HR Operations – Warsaw

We are offering a fixed‑term contract for 24 months in Warsaw. As the first‑line HR guide for employees across EMEA, you’ll need fluent English and a passion for customer‑service and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Answer HR questions via a case‑management system, live chat, and phone.
- Perform and coordinate HR administrative tasks according to established processes.
- Educate staff and encourage use of self‑service tools such as the HR Portal.
- Research and resolve all problems in a timely manner, handling multiple requests simultaneously and prioritising urgency.
- Ensure documentation and staff requests meet policy for each process.
- Actively contribute to delivering, maintaining and improving HR services, procedures and processes.
- Assess and utilise HR systems including Workday, the Staff Portal, Self‑Service, Knowledge Base and Case Management.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and relevant laws and practices.
Experience You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Human Relations or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, customer service, shared‑services or contact‑center environments.
- Fluent in English.
