Are you passionate about designing and implementing large-scale enterprise business planning solutions to provide best-in-class customer experiences? Join our Partner’s Supply Chain Technology team as a Planning Engineer and be the critical driver of building the ever-expanding supply chain planning ecosystem! You will be the key capability partner connecting many business functions in the supply chain to architect & implement solution to enable Agile planning process. You will work closely with data science teams, product managers and engineering teams, and model builders on our fast-paced integration of Anaplan and other planning technologies.
responsibilities :
Design, build, and lead the operations and maintenance of workspaces and models in Anaplan, identify and implement new business functionality to build scalable solutions;
Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions;
Modify existing or design new models/solutions as part of connected solutions, optimize or incorporate new functionalities;
Provide technical instruction by actively mentoring others through the improvement of the delivery of optimal solutions based on in-depth knowledge and expertise;
Participate and evaluate data integration and migration solutions with data science and engineering teams;
Provide both technical and business implication explanations to partners and stakeholders, including the pros, cons, and different approaches to modeling alternatives;
Contribute to enterprise Center of Excellence(CoE) using the best practices.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s in technology, finance, or business information systems
5+ years’ experience working with end-to-end planning processes, including 3+ years’ professional experience in model building/testing/deploying in finance, supply chain, or retail using Anaplan or similar technology;
5+ years’ experience working with data warehouse and data visualization technologies, such as Teradata, and Tableau;
Fluent in SQL or other data access technologies;
Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills, ability to work efficiently across organizations;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including articulating end-to-end design, tradeoffs;
Superior business acumen, technical knowledge of multiple business units, and extensive knowledge of applications and technologies.
