What You’ll Get

  • Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.
  • Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex data sets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
  • Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns using SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role within tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and impactful recommendations.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouses, including SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
  • Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges creatively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders with clear, data‑driven insights.
