Senior Accounting Specialist with English

For our Client, which is an international, well-known company located in Katowice, we are looking for the person to hold the position of Senior Accounting Specialist with English.
Your next role:
In this role, you will prepare annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP in the Netherlands and work with external auditors. You will also be responsible for preparing VAT and Intrastat returns, calculating deferred taxes and ensuring their correct presentation in financial statements, timely filing statistical and government reports, expanding your knowledge of accounting issues and policies in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS and other local GAAP.
What do you need to succeed?
Our ideal candidate should take part in audits and have experience in preparing financial statements. Experience in VAT reporting, including government interactions, is very important, as well as:
- general knowledge of current and deferred income taxes
- Master39s degree in Finance
- knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- knowledge of the SAP system
- very good knowledge of English
