Position Overview

The Security Assurance Analyst ensures the compliance of systems and processes with Trust Services criteria, focusing on information security, data privacy, and compliance. This role demands a solid background in auditing & assurance as well as significant experience in large enterprises.

Requirements

1. At least 5-6 years in a large enterprise with hands-on experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
2. Proficiency with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other relevant standards.
3. In-depth understanding of information security principles, including data encryption, access controls, and incident response.
4. Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, or CCPA.
5. Proven ability to work closely with engineering and IT teams to implement and maintain security controls.
6. Experience implementing security controls and maintaining compliance across diverse environments.
7. Capability to monitor compliance and security postures continuously, identifying and addressing non-compliance issues.
8. AWS Compliance experience, able to understand our AWS security and compliance posture, and introduce automation of ISO 27001 Compliance into AWS.
9. Experience in SOC2 Implementation, SOX audits and Identity Management.
