responsibilities :
Teach and mentor agile teams to maximize value delivery
Empower and grow teams potential within organization
Act as servant leader and impediment remover for teams and organization to boost value delivery
Coach and mentor other people in organization to enhance Agile potential and value delivery
Run trainings, facilitate Scrum & SAFe events and workshops
Promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within organization and the teams
Coach the flow
Actively work with Tribe leaders and other team Scrum Master on defining Agile scaled practices assuring best cooperation within Tribe and across organization
requirements-expected :
Have proven knowledge of Scrum (mandatory PSM I/PSM II, optional SAFe/LeSS/Nexus)
Have previous experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large companie(s)
Have knowledge and practical experience of Agile values and principles
Have strong communication, facilitation and moderation skills
Have ability to a be partner who brings value for Squad Members as well as Product Owners & Tribe Leaders
Have knowledge and practical experience in Jira, Confluence, Big Picture,
Have knowledge of agile software development methodologies (DevOps) and practices (Continuous Delivery) with a track record of applying them in practice
Have creativity supporting out of the box thinking and waste elimination
