You will coordinate work of various teams helping them to deliver valuable products.
You will ensure that projects are following SCRUM good practices.
You will migrate ongoing projects to SCRUM and kick-off new projects with proper SCRUM setup.
You will provide direction and structure to assigned projects activities, establishing clear, precise goals, objectives and timeframes.
You will coordinate meetings; gather relevant documents.
You will prepare workshops for development teams and executives about modern ways of working/SCRUM values and principles.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a Scrum Master (PSM II/PSM I is a plus).
Practical experience in agile project management methodologies.
Experience in the IT industry and a very good knowledge of the software development process and nomenclature.
Experience in project work, including the ability to aggregate information from multiple sources, prepare reports and design business processes.
Knowledge of project tools e.g. JIRA, Azure Devops, Confluence, MS Project, Redmine.
Ability to make things happen and to keep deadlines.
Highly developed analytical skills.
Efficient communication (in Polish and English).
