Join our team as a Scrum Master

The Securities Process Cluster is responsible for supporting all securities processes in the bank: starting from the securities order of our clients to different exchanges, through settlement to transaction execution. Also, asset services, dividend payments, tax issues etc. are part of the new agile Securities Process Cluster. Our mission: Provide the best stable, fastest and most flexible process to our clients; react quick and agile to the customer needs.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring Scrum Practices and Guidelines
• Promoting Agile principles and help the team follow the Scrum framework effectively.
• Knowing the Product and the team
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration within a cell
• Addressing team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive team culture.
• Ensuring alignment between teams and overall program objectives.
• Acting as a bridge between the development team and the Product Owner.
• Shielding the team from external distractions and interruptions, allowing them to focus on delivering value.
• Guiding the team, encourage collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Creating an environment where the team can be effective.
• Facilitating Scrum Events (Sprint Plannings, Retrospectives, Refinements)
• Helping to identify the dependencies, risks and impediments.
• Enterprise Support - Agile at Scale (Key Result / QBRs, Dependencies, Reporting)
• Support the teams to understand the bigger picture and how their work contributes to the larger mission and vision of the organization.
• Navigating Dependencies and Risks
• Tracking Progress and Facilitating Adjustments: If adjustments are needed, they facilitate discussions and help the teams adapt their plans as necessary.

Which technology & skills are important for us?

• High knowledge of Scrum Framework
• High knowledge of Agile Methodologies
• Basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence
• Basic knowledge of Business analysis methodologies
• Experience in IT sector
