As the Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and facilitating the Scrum process to ensure the successful delivery of four Product Increments in 2025. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to drive transparency, collaboration, and iterative development, adhering to the Scrum@Scale framework.

responsibilities :
Scrum Process Facilitation: Act as a Scrum Master ensuring effective sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives in 3-week sprint cycles.
Ticketing System Administration: Assist the Product Owner with user story creation, backlog refinement, and monitoring tasks using Azure DevOps.
Promoting Scrum Principles: Serve as a Scrum expert, fostering best practices and preparing process documentation for team adoption.
Consultation and Guidance: Provide guidance to the Scrum team, ensuring alignment with the Scrum framework and addressing any challenges.
Scrum@Scale Collaboration: Collaborate with other Scrum Masters within the program to enable the successful implementation of the Scrum@Scale framework.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver progress updates to internal sponsors and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment with project goals.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master working in pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Confluence.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth understanding of Scrum principles and the Scrum@Scale framework.
