THE WORK:
- Depending on changing needs you will work in mix of roles of SAP architect and SAP senior developer
- Preparing proposals for the implementation of the performant and user-friendly SAP solutions.
- Performing feasibility studies to determine whether proposed solutions are viable.
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for the solutions.
- Working together with the stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements.
- Documenting the overall solution architecture.
- Participation in the implementation projects of the SAP solutions.
- Performing tasks related to RICEF areas.
- Working with such technical solutions as SAP HANA, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, SAP FIORI, SAP PO, SAP BW, and ABAP RESTful.
- Share best practices and lessons learned with the team members.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Requirements:
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 10+ years of experience in the implementation of SAP solutions.
- Strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA architecture and its processes.
- Strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Clean Core Approach.
- Strong understanding of the integration of SAP solutions with the third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of the implementation of SAP BTP use cases and integration scenarios
- Knowledge of the best practices in the software architecture.
- Knowledge of the best practices in the leveraging technical architecture.
- Understanding of the technology, applications and data architecture.
- Solid experience in the ABAP OO programming.
- Knowledge of such technologies / frameworks as SAP Core Data Services, ABAP RESTful, OData, REST API.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify potential issues and gaps from different perspectives.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), efficient collaboration and presenting skills.
- Very good command of English and Polish - to the extent that you can understand and create technical documentation, create presentations and work in an international team.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Functional experience in working with SAP modules, e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR.
- Good command of German language.
- Knowledge of Generative AI in SAP solutions.
- Good command of ArchiMate, BPMN, UML.
