Extensive experience leading teams and managing HR functions within SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting Management & Marketing).
Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certification in SFEC and Talent modules; professional-level certification is a plus.
12-15 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on project leadership and system administration.
Strong leadership and business process improvement skills.
