We are currently looking for:

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Job location: Remote from Poland

You will be responsible for:

1. analyzing and finding solutions for technical and essential problems across various SAP SuccessFactors modules
2. working with customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions
3. system configuration by Solution Design & Configuration Workbook
4. supporting business teams on the data migration activities
5. supporting the release management process: preparation of the overview of the new features and functions in SAP SuccessFactors

We require:

1. min. 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors customer support or implementation projects
2. demonstrating basic knowledge of any module in: SuccessFactors (preferably Employee Central or Performance and Goal Management, LMS, Recruitment)
3. knowledge of processes related to SAP SuccessFactors
4. good knowledge of HR processes
5. high analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. independence and commitment to the realization of assigned tasks
7. strong teamwork skills
8. good knowledge of English
9. certification in any SF module is an asset
