responsibilities :

2nd line support in SAP SD and MM module
Provide functional support for SAP SD,MM and EDI for end-users, addressing issues and ensuring smooth system operation
Preparing technical documentation and reports related to the issues fixing process
Participating in system upgrades and functional enhancements
Close collaboration inside the global team as well as team overlapping (other SAP modules and the Operations Support Team) and to our internal Customers in an international environment

requirements-expected :

Minimum of 3 years of professional knowledge in SAP SD or MM technical support
Very good in English (min. B2 level)
Background in SAP SD or MM and expertise in EDI integration
Experience in work based on ticket system
Understanding of outbound and inbound logistics processes in ERP
Experience with IDOCS and common SAP interface technology is preferred
Experience in BATCH Jobs monitoring and analysis
Hands-on experience with EDI, Incident tools/procedures and processes (e.g. Intercompany) in the Automotive Supply Chain
Willingness to travel (around 15%)
