SAP S/4HANA Implementation Specialist – Retail
We are seeking a highly motivated SAP S/4HANA Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions specifically tailored for our retail operations within the Global Business Services framework. This role will focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of retail processes, particularly in the Direct-to-Consumer/ Accounts Receivable process, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, focusing on retail-specific functionalities and processes, ensuring seamless integration across various systems.
- Optimize retail operations by evaluating existing processes and proposing enhancements, leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and establish new workflows within the DTC (Accounts Receivable) process, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and SOX compliance.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, providing guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the transition.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of new processes and technologies within the retail sector.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for continuous improvement and further development.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, particularly in the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of retail accounting processes and systems within a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment, specifically in the context of Accounts Receivable.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and controls, with a track record of establishing effective operational controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements using technological advancements.
