We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 Retail-O2C Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play an important role in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, focusing on sales and procurement processes within the retail industry.

Join us in this central position within Global IT, where you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe to empower our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the survey of the companys business processes to understand sales and procurement requirements.
2. Assist in developing blueprints for sales and procurement processes, collaborating with stakeholders and architects.
3. Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and consult with ABAP developers on customization needs.
4. Configure SAP S/4HANA for sales and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
5. Test developments and configurations to ensure functionality and alignment with requirements.
6. Conduct functional testing and provide support during the testing phase.
7. Develop user instructions and documentation for sales and procurement processes.
8. Participate in end-to-end testing phases and provide support to related functional teams.
9. Assist in the go-live process and provide post-launch support.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years SAP experience, specializing in SD and MM processes, with practical experience in SAP S/4HANA.
2. Completed at least 2 full-cycle projects/sub-projects in SD and MM areas.
3. Recommended practical experience with ERP for Retail, SAP FMS, or SAP S/4HANA Fashion, and Fashion companies.
4. Strong understanding of Fioris approach and sales processes, including output management and EDI integration.
5. Skills in customization and development in SAP to meet business needs, including setting up SD and procurement processes.
6. Solid understanding and practical experience with different integration approaches inside S/4HANA (IDOCs, SOAP for SD/MM).
7. Analytical skills, project participation experience, user training, and support abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
9. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members, business owners, and end-users.
10. Quality and deadline oriented.
11. Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
