Job Title: SAP QM Specialist

Location: Europe (Remote with occasional travel for go-live support)

Start Date: Immediate

Freelance

Duration: 1 year (with option to extend)

Daily Rate: Up to 300EUR per day

Tasks

• Lead design work and requirement gathering for SAP QM process implementation, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Provide direct support to end users, focusing on master data and QM-calibration data migration support.
• Execute configuration tasks, create configuration design documents (CSD), and manage the review and approval processes.
• Author and review functional design documents (WRICEF) and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Perform configuration testing, development testing, and support testing teams with scenarios, script reviews, and test run reviews.
• Support solution previews, business readiness proving (BRP), system demonstrations, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with business users to clearly communicate SAP processes.
• Manage cutover tasks, author hypercare plans, and provide support during post-go-live phases.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of SAP QM project work, including process implementation in large/global projects (support-only experience is insufficient).

• Expertise:

• Strong functional and techno-functional knowledge in SAP QM.

• Knowledge of SAP PM & Calibration is highly preferred.

• Experience in GxP IT and business environments (pharma or related industries strongly preferred).

• Technical Skills:

• Ability to execute configuration tasks and develop/author required documentation.

• Experience with HP ALM for testing scenarios is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Capability to independently lead and drive tasks per the project plan.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business users and stakeholders.
