About the project

Currently, we are seeking a SAP MDM Consultant to join the international team of a leading company in technology consulting and digital transformation.

Project information:

•Location: Remote

•Type of employment: B2B contract

•Remuneration: 150 - 155 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B

•Project language: English

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee the transition from contract-specific services to reusable services across contracts.
  • Orchestrate discussions with contract managers to define the initial list of reusable services.
  • Provide technical support for mass maintenance of Service Master data (using LSMW).
  • Lead and secure Master Data-related decisions for Product Master (P2P), Business Partners, Contracts, Source of Supply, and Purchasing Categories.
  • Ensure the effective management of Material Master, Business Partner/Vendor, Purchasing Contracts, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Orders.
  • Act as a liaison between the Data Migration team, ensuring clarity on release scope, approach, process, and expectations.
  • Provide support for Product Master (Materials & Services) and BP Data Validators.
  • Collaborate with the MDM team to ensure correct S/4 configuration.
  • Supply Chain Management & P2P Input.
  • Provide critical Supply Chain Management and Plan-to-Pay (P2P) input, particularly in the context of the switch to Lean Services.

Our requirements

  • Strong experience in Data Architecture with a focus on Data Migration and Master Data Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and the supporting data objects.
  • Proven experience with Plan to Pay (Procurement) processes and Material Master (including Lean Services, Business Partner / Vendor, Purchasing Contracts, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.).
  • Solid understanding of SAP ERP Solutions, especially the MM module within ECC / S/4HANA configuration.

Optional

  • Familiarity with SQVI, LSMW, and MS Access is a plus.
