SAP IBP Functional Consultant Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP IBP Functional Consultant to join our team and lead the successful implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes and proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP IBP modules. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and drive value. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients to gather business requirements. Analyze and understand clients' business processes, recommending best practices for SAP IBP implementation. Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including definition, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live. Configure and customize SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory) based on client needs. Assist with data mapping, migration, and integration activities to ensure smooth system implementation. Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals to support the project. Collaborate with the technical team on designing and developing interfaces, conversions, and system enhancements. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solution. Provide training to end-users and prepare training materials to support user adoption. Offer post go-live support, resolving issues and ensuring the continued success of the system after implementation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a SAP IBP Functional Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Processes. In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules such as Demand, Supply, and Inventory. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. SAP IBP Certification is a plus.
